Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between the individual account holder, referred to as “you” or the “player”, and 88gasia in relation to use of the website, account services, casino games, live dealer content, sports betting markets, promotions and payment facilities.

Accessing 88gasia does not create a right to use every service. Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, verification codes and device access secure. You must not disclose account credentials or allow another person to use your 88gasia account. Activity completed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

88gasia may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, payment statement, e-wallet record or other suitable evidence. Submitted information must be current, clear and unaltered. Verification may take longer where details do not match, documents are incomplete or additional review is reasonably required.

You must notify 88gasia support if your account information changes or you believe your credentials have been compromised. Security checks are intended to protect both the player and the platform and must not be avoided or obstructed.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from a payment account, bank account, e-wallet or cryptocurrency wallet that you are authorised to use. Available methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and supported digital assets. Availability, minimum amounts and maximum limits may change according to the cashier information shown at the time of payment.

88gasia may reject, delay or reverse a deposit if ownership cannot be confirmed, details are inconsistent, the payment provider reports an issue or the transaction requires review. A deposit is not final until cleared funds appear in the account balance. Chargebacks, recalled transfers and disputed payments may result in account restriction.

Player balances are intended for gambling activity and not for general money transfer, currency conversion or storage. 88gasia may review deposits followed by little or no genuine play before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals and Winnings

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, available balance, wagering requirements, payment ownership checks, account status and the limits displayed by 88gasia. Where practical, funds may be returned through the same method used for the deposit. An alternative method may be required if the original channel does not support payouts.

You must review recipient information before confirming a request. 88gasia is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by incorrect bank, e-wallet or wallet details supplied by the player. Estimated processing times are not guarantees because banks, e-wallet operators, blockchain networks and additional security reviews may affect completion.

Legitimate winnings from settled wagers are added to the available balance. A displayed balance may be adjusted where a game is voided, a market is settled incorrectly, a technical duplicate occurs or funds were credited in error. 88gasia will use reasonable records to correct an obvious settlement or accounting mistake.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Each 88gasia promotion is governed by its published eligibility, minimum deposit, qualifying game, turnover, expiry, maximum conversion and withdrawal conditions. Promotional terms apply in addition to these general terms. Players should review all conditions before accepting a bonus.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers are limited to one person, household, device, payment source and IP connection. Bonus abuse may include coordinated accounts, low-risk hedging, opposite-side betting, irregular bet patterns, delayed game manipulation or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

A wager becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by 88gasia. Attempted bets that are rejected, interrupted or not confirmed do not qualify. Game-specific rules and sports market rules form part of this agreement and determine settlement, including rules for abandoned events, dead heats, postponed fixtures, overtime and market errors.

Sports coverage may include EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, international football and other competitions. Dates and start times are informational and may change. Settlement is based on the official result or the recognised data source used by 88gasia, subject to any correction announced within a reasonable period.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system. Internet interruption does not automatically entitle a player to a refund if the round was successfully recorded on the game server. Where a round remains incomplete, 88gasia will review available technical records and apply the relevant game rule.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

You must not use 88gasia to engage in unlawful, deceptive or unfair conduct. Prohibited activity includes:

• using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
• collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, automated betting or exploitation of a technical fault;
• money laundering, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or movement of funds without genuine play;
• interfering with the website, security controls, game software, network or other players;
• using 88gasia from a location where access or participation is prohibited;
• harassing support staff or submitting knowingly false documents and information.

88gasia may investigate suspected misconduct, request supporting documents, withhold an affected transaction during review and take proportionate action based on the available evidence.

Responsible Gambling

88gasia may temporarily restrict or close an account for security concerns, duplicate registration, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, legal requirements or responsible gambling protection. Accounts that remain unused for an extended period may be treated as dormant. Any applicable dormancy condition must be communicated before a charge is imposed, and players may contact support to restore eligible access.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

88gasia aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee that every service will remain uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or network. Maintenance, provider outages, telecommunications failures, power interruptions and events outside reasonable control may affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 88gasia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, inability to access a service, player error, unauthorised credential sharing or reliance on information that is clearly subject to change.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. The player remains responsible for personal gambling decisions, device security, tax reporting where applicable and compliance with local law.

Changes to These Terms

88gasia may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security improvements, payment arrangements, product rules or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Material changes may be communicated through the website or account interface where reasonably practical. Continued use of 88gasia after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
